OneRooff provides residential and commercial roofing services including installation, repair, renovation, and inspection. All services are subject to availability and a signed service agreement detailing scope, timeline, and costs.
All estimates provided are based on our assessment at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during the project. Any changes to the original scope will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.
We stand behind our work with a comprehensive labor warranty. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Warranty details will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties may be voided if unauthorized modifications are made to the roof.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once work has begun, cancellation terms will follow the signed service agreement.
OneRooff is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the scope of work outlined in the service agreement.
